Friday Night (June 7th, 2024) Meet & Greet- A free, casual event to meet and mingle with old friends. The event will be held at Ford’s Garage on a covered patio, 3650 SW 32nd Ct, Suite 20, Gainesville, FL32608. Food and Beverage at your expense.

5:00 pm until . . . stay as long as you like!!

Saturday Morning (June 8th, 2024) Tour of GHS Campus - Please join us on a tour of the GHS campus. Several new buildings have been built since we attended, and many improvements have occurred in 53 years! We will meet in the cafeteria and be taken on the tour by a current and knowledgeable Cane. Beverages and doughnuts will be served. 10:00 am. No Charge

Saturday Night (June 8th, 2024) Main Event- Buffet dinner and entertainment. Keeping us entertained as Masters of Ceremonies are Jim Deaux and Alvin Butler.

Our very own Alan Lowe and his band, Wild Blue Yonder, will provide music with a DJ performing during band breaks.

6:00 to 10:30 pm (cash bar)

Early Bird Price: $100.00 per person if sent before March 30th, 2024; after April 1st, 2024, $110.00.

We will have a drawing of all the early bird payments, and the lucky winner will receive a refund of their registration fee.

Overnight Lodging: Rooms are available at the Best Western Gateway Grand for Friday and Saturday nights at a reduced rate of $119.00 plus tax and service charge.

Please call 352-331-3336 and reference the Gainesville High School 1971 Reunion (June 7th and 8th, 2024) to reserve your room. Reservations must be made by 5/17/2024 to obtain the reduced rate.
